Similar tasks but multiple regions sharing same tasks

I have one Epic say (XYZ) and there are multiple tasks say A, B. C, D categorized into different regions say UK, Europe, Asia, North America. 

Every region is using similar tasks, I need to create task in such a way that it is not repeatable under every region, nor I want to repeat every region multiple times for every task. 

Is this possible in Jira without repetitive task nor region?

1. Use Sub-tasks: Create the main task (A, B, C, D) under your Epic (XYZ) and then create sub-tasks for each region (UK, Europe, Asia, North America). This way, each main task is linked to the Epic and only appears once, while each region's specific requirements can be captured in the sub-tasks.

2. Linked Issues: Create a master task for A, B, C, D and link it to region-specific tasks that can include regional nuances. This keeps your main tasks clean while allowing flexibility.

3. Labels, Components or Custom Fields: Use labels or custom fields to categorize tasks by region. You can create a single task for A, B, C, and D, and then use labels or custom fields to indicate which regions it applies to. This way, the task is not repeated for each region.
   If your project has components set up for each region, you can assign tasks to these components. Each task can be associated with multiple components, allowing you to see which regions the task is relevant to without duplication.
