How to add Bank Holidays to got "Out of business horus" Time Report

Question

Hi,

We are starting to use (or try to check if fits our needs) the "Operations" (OpsGenie) for JSD.

Foud the Time report has "Total Hours"  = "Business Hours" + "Out of Business Hours"

I have this configuration:

Looking for

- Weekends =  days 6 and 7  (OK)

- Business Hour (0 - 24) (OK for our use case also).

But It's failing if I have a bank holiday on Tuesday. It's considering Business Day.

How can I or where can I configure the bank holidays?

Currently, there's no way to configure bank holidays within Opsgenie's business hours configuration. However, we have created a feature request to suggest adding this capability. You can track it here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/OPSGENIE-1120
