Hello,
I try to achieve the following:
- I have two Service Desk projects created
- For each Service desk project I created a Group in which I put my users
My problem is that my users continue to have access to all "Service Desk Project" because it seems I have a "Role" called "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access" which allow this access
In fact my users access the URL portal link dedicated to the project but they can then click on "Help Center" and then go back to the main portal
