Is there a way to automatically delete deactivated users?
Their Atlassian is already is/will be deactivated. Or will we need to fully delete them from Atlassian in order for them to be automatically deleted from Trello

As far as I know, the IDs are the one and the same, so if they are deleted in atlassian they will be deleted in trello, or if deactivated in atlassian, deactivated in trello.
Yes, is there a setting/process I can follow that will automatically delete Trello users is they're account it deactivated?
Sorry, i still dont think i understand the question. I believe if you delete them in atlassian it will delete them in the trello
