we would like to insert jira issue links in the flow charts as shown below.
Can we create something like this in confluence using flow chart or gliffy digrams?
As far as I know gliffy allows you to add clickables/hyperlinks to different objects.

As @Radek Dostál noted, you can add hyperlinks on shapes or text within Gliffy. These can link to anything, including your Jira issues. (Mandatory disclaimer that I work for Gliffy!)
