Power App in Confluence site

I created a Power App. It has forms with dropdowns. I used the HTML macro to bring the Power App to my Confluence site. However, the dropdowns don't show up on my Confluence site. How do I properly embed my Power App to Confluence? Is there any other macro I should be using?
