I've connected Slack - why won't automations work?

My Slack is connected to my Trello on Trello's end but when I try and set up Power Ups (to send reminders about cards to Slack, for example), it says I need to link my account. When I click that button, nothing happens, which I've tested in multiple browsers. Any ideas for how to get it to recognise that Slack and Trello are already connected?

@Rachael Davies can you record a screenshare showing this? Might be a bug. If you can record a screen share in here, I'll go ahead and flag this issue so support can take a look.

Hi @Brittany Joiner sure, I've got a screen recording but can only add photos to a comment or the post above. is there a way to share videos?

You can use Loom, which is our platform to record and share videos

Yep what Rachael said! You can record up to 5 minutes for free, so shouldn't need to pay for anything!
