What are the roles and responsibilities of a space admin?

What all actions can a space admin do inside Confluence?

Hi @Krithica G (EXTERNAL) ,

A space admin in Confluence has several key responsibilities and capabilities, including:

• Managing Space Permissions: Space admins can control who can view, edit, and comment on the content within their space.
• Customizing Space Settings: They can modify the look and feel of the space, including themes, layouts, and sidebar configurations.
• Managing Content: Space admins can create, edit, and delete pages and blog posts within their space. They can also organize content using labels and page trees.
• Space Export and Import: They have the ability to export space content to various formats and import content from other spaces or Confluence instances.
• Archiving and Deleting Spaces: Space admins can archive spaces that are no longer active or delete spaces if they are no longer needed.
• Managing Integrations and Add-ons: They can manage and configure any integrations or add-ons specific to their space.
