no options for required customer field during move

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to move an issue from story to bug.  In our bug definition a custom field called foundin is required.

However during the move screens the foundin field does not present a dropdown even though it is a single select custom field.

When I press the button to move it JIRA complains that foundin needs a value and will not let me proceed.

Why is there no drop-down so that I can change foundin to a value?

Do you mean that it only happens on bulk edits? Does it affect native version picker fields such as affects version or fix version?

Cynthia Fehr · Answer

I just noticed this happens on bulk edits.

No errors in the JavaScript console. It happens in all environment(test/production) and in chrome and IE.

It seems to be happening only with version picker fields.

The field is only applicable to the bug issue type.
