URL names [*NAME*] ( ) with markdown operator break the link image

Question

It seems that after a Trello update yesterday, when you specify a URL in a checklist item and then add some markdown to its name, it breaks the link's image.

For example, if you want to add an item to a checklist with Google's link, simply writing Google between "[ ]" followed by "( )" with it's URL it works fine.

However, if you want Google to be displayed in bold and add ** before and after the text like Google, it breaks the link's image.

Hi there! Our team has recently been rolling out some big changes to Trello cards, and part of that includes a rewrite of how we handle markdown in checklist items. To add markdown styling to some linked text, you will want to add the wrappers around the whole link, instead of just the text.

e.g. instead of [**hello**](google.com), try **[hello](google.com)** and that should do the trick
