Is it possible to create users via JIRA rest API?

Hi,

 

I have a requirement where we have to create users if they does not exists in JIRA system. I want to create user with following details.

• Username
• Email
• Full Name

JIRA Version: 6.x

Please let me know how can I proceed with this?
