Hello, I need help and suggestions over synch issues on the Trello App.

I am using trello on my Iphone and laptop to prepare a ped for socials.

so I list and prepare daily tabs including descriptions and visuals thus attaching images and videos that I would like to edit in real time either on the phone and the laptop

but unfortunately sync is somehow blocked, very slow and always incomplete

How to avoid this?

Please provide me with to do or tutorial specific hints

Hi Monica, 

There aren't reports about problems with at the moment, so it might be something on your device. Could you reinstall the app on your mobile phone? The lack of internet can impact the sync, but you'd see the unsaved changes on your app, and you can force it to sync.
