Move two users from "External users" to "Managed Accounts"

Question

The majority of our users are in "Managed accounts" where they should be.

But somehow two users within our domain are in "External users" and I need them to be in the "Managed accounts."

How do we move them from "External users" to "Managed accounts"?

The two domain users in question are logging into Jira cloud fine through "External users", along with several other users in "External users" who should be there. But again, I need to move the two domain users into "Managed accounts" where they should be.

I figured it out myself.

I'm leaving out some detail, but essentially:

Settings > Domains > "Your Domain" > Claim Accounts > Claim specific accounts > Export Accounts to CSV > Upload a CSV file to claim accounts > Choose claim settings > Claim accounts

The CSV file that you upload to claim the accounts should only have the email addresses of the accounts to claim.

Note: we have a complex setup with mulitple domains.
