Get creator full name in user macro

Pavel Potcheptsov

There is <span class="memberNameLink"><a href="https://docs.atlassian.com/com/atlassian/confluence/atlassian-confluence/latest/com/atlassian/confluence/core/ConfluenceEntityObject.html#getCreatorName--" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">getCreatorName</a></span>() method which returns login name.

Is there a way to get a Full Name of page creator?

Can you try getCreator().getFullName() and see if it works?

Following is an example :-

ContentEntityObject ceo = pageManager.getById(pageID);
ceo.getCreator().getFullName();
