Can I bulk upload subscribers to a status page?

As a incident manager I am looking at whether or not Confluence, status page is the right option for us. 

We are currently looking to change systems from an internally managed notification system and would need to transfer those who have opted in to received notifications into our new status page. 

Problem: Can I upload bulk contacts to be subscribers of a status page?
