Hello dear Community,
I have an issue about the Jira and Confluence. for both service are published via load balancer. Confluence can connect to jira but jira can not connect to jira. all fw rules are configured. Has any one this kind of issue?

Is your jira and confluence cloud installed.
Are you accessing both applications by creating an application link.
please check your question little bit confusion to me, near (jira cannot connect to jira).
can you eloborate your question.
