Task and notification

Hi,

 

I am looking to create a board with my entire portfolio all my tenants and have them divided throughout the days of the month to be able to follow up with all of them at least once a month and check off the task or update with a note, as well I would like to receive an email with the Daley tasks.

 

Can I please have assistance in setting up such an idea?

You can add a due date on every card, which will remind you and alert you to complete the task every month. And every time you complete a task you can change the due date to the following month so that the next reminder will happen then. https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/adding-dates-to-cards/
