How to import a board?

Hey everyone! I'm with a coworker who needs to import his trello board, but he doesn't know how. A few days ago, he lost his board and now, in a preventive way, he exported it to avoid that, but we don't know how to import it. If anyone knows something about it, we'll be very greatfull. Thank you!
