Confluence had problems starting up

Question

Confluence does not start, this is the error reported: "impl.schedule.caesium.JobRunnerWrapper runJob Scheduled job LaasPerformanceLoggingJobLaasPerformanceLoggingJob completed unsuccessfully with response JobRunnerResponse runOutcome=ABORTED,message='LaaS performance logging is turned off' ".

I have already checked the solution at CONFSERVER-55875

And the solution provided was: "The job should be removed or disabled on startup to avoid confusion, log spam and conserve resources allocated to running the job" or "Disable the "scheduledjob.desc.LaasPerformanceLoggingJob" from > General Configuration > Scheduled jobs"

But how do I run these two solutions via command line?

Remember that I do not have access to the interface because the Confluence application does not start

com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-scheduler-spi-8.5.12.jar

By the way this should be the scheduler located in <installation home>/confluence/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins

Remove the .jar file from this location and restart the app. This might help if the scheduler is the reason. (Copy and save the .jar file in another location for backup)
