Problems removing a collaborator from workspace

I want to remove a collaborator/member from my workspace on Trello. When I click on the option 'Remove' after her name, it asks me to tick a box to remove her. However, the box is pre-ticked when I open 'Remove' and removing and checking the box again has absolutely no effect (see picture).

What can I do?

Thank you. I read the whole box differently than intended, and it was not obvious that the top part was clickable. A suggestion for making it clearer. the top headline should read: Click to remove from workspace.
