Como me puedo contactar con el soporte de Jira, ya que solo me salen recomendaciones de como arreglar este problema más no la solución, yo trabajo por parte de esto y ya me está trayendo inconvenientes, necesito una solución cuanto antes.

Customers may only submit tickets to Atlassian Support if they are on a paid license, such as Standard or higher. In that case, your Jira Site Admin may submit a ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
For Free license users, the Atlassian Community can try to help. In that case, please describe the problem you are trying to solve and the symptoms to the community can offer suggestions.

Bienvenido a la Community! Qué estás intentando hacer? Has probado con navegadores (browsers) diferentes? Ademas de lo que Bill menciona en su respuesta, si haces click en el enlace a solicitud de asistencia, esto debería llevarte a la pagina de soporte.
