How to create Custom Agile Project which exists custom fields created by me?

I want to create a Custom Agile Project which exists custom fields created by me, whenever I will create this Custom Agile Project custom fields should be by default added in newly created custom agile project.

Please share me the steps to create a custom project Agile type.

I don't want to use code level customization, and also which addon you are talking about please share me the steps. I already purchased licence.
Also tel me how to create custom field which is already added by default to newly created project ?
