How Can I export a chart in a JIRA Gadget to PDF or Word? All I get in the exported document is a link to the chart.
Through Atlassian Support we could see that you've raised a ticket regarding this question.
Anyway, as Andrew Campbell said, maybe some gadgets can be printed. The following Bug Report could reach what you're looking for. Feel free to vote on it to raise its popularity, add your own comments and add yourself as a watcher to receive any notifications about it.

There is a plugin that allows you to export charts to Word.
