One of my Trello Boards disappeared

I lost wifi connection while logged in on Trello.

Later on, when connection came back, the board was completely empty. It has me and the other user on it, the activity doesn't show anything unusual that either I or she could have done to delete it.

I looked it up multiple times and also in the closed boards, without success.

Can't obtain support. Pls help...

Hi Ana,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your most important board! Are you able to access it now or is this still missing? It could also be the connection not loading your board contents correctly. Are you able to troubleshoot your browser for me:

• Disable all extensions and customizations in your current browser
• Use a private/incognito browsing tab
• Try using a different browser on the same computer
• Connect to a different network (like your mobile data)
