Internal Server Error when accessing any Report under JIRA Agile

I get an red popup with Internal Server Error when accessing Burndown Chart, Sprint Report, etc in JIRA Agile.

It ended up that our SQL Server needed a restart. It is currently shared between JIRA and another application.

I believe you are facing a know issue, you can check the resolution here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/GHKB/Internal+Server+Error+while+accessing+Greenhopper+board+due+to+java.lang.NumberFormatException
