how to create a automation for payroll in HR workflow

I created a remote hub for my team that I'm trying to build and didn't know how to ask for help from my community in the Atlassian community and anyone that I asked in the physical is lost even when I can teach, learn, and grow. This journey, it's been a rollercoaster of a ride. I would like to know how we present each product that we are developing.
