I have two Microsoft accounts for Work and Private. I need to switch the one for Trello membership

I have two Microsoft Office accounts one for work and one for private. 

My private MS account was used as a member on the company's Trello account 

I need to switch the membership on Trello to my MS Work account without losing any of the boards allocated to me in the Company, and without the need to have an additional membership on the Work Trello program. Is it possible to switch my Trello membership ?
