How to migrate Time sheets from JIRA On demand to standalone version

I want to export the JIRA Project Time sheets from JIRA On demand version and import on to JIRA Standalone version 6.3.4. Plz suggest the way to do it.

You can export tempo to xml and then import it on your standalone version, just make sure that both servers have the same data.
