Adding a new member to board

Hello, 

over one week I have tried to add a new member to board we work in - unfortunatelly with no success.

Is it possible to contact me directly and check whether activation link does not reach my colleague I wanted to add?

Is this board over the number limit of Free users it's currently 10. Notice that the user limit is now by workspace, so you need to check if this workspace is not over the limit.

Or is there any error message showing up?
