I've just lost one of my Trello Boards - how can I retrieve it?

Question

One of my Trello boards that was full of lists and cards, is now suddenly empty! Everything appears to be completely wiped and it was months of work and notes in there.

I have checked archives and cannot locate anything there. How can I retrieve all my lost work??

Hey Kristian,

When this occurs, a filter is usually enabled on the board. While viewing the board, please check the URL shown in the browser and confirm if there is no filter appended to the end of the URL https://trello.com/b/AwMwhP74/test-34?filter=test

If yes, please try clicking the "clear all" button above the board to remove the filter or delete the end of the URL to remove the ?filter=[filter_text] to remove the filter. If no filter is applied, please try clicking here to sign out https://id.atlassian.com/logout?continue=https%3A%2F%2Ftrello.com%2Flogout  and log back in.

Please let us know if a filter is not applied or if logging back in doesn't help.

Thanks!

I have experienced exactly the same. One of my Trello boards have lost all cards. The lists are still there, and there are no activities showing. Nothing seems to have been deleted or moved to archive. The content is just gone.
Did you find a solution?
