Card disappeared during update trello

Martin_hrop1c

Hi, I've been using trello for a couple of years to keep track of timewriting.

My card  'Juli 2024' (from List 'Diary', from Board 'A Todo') has just disappeared - I did do a windows update, but also I notice that trello is going through an update (of its editor?). The card is not archived, and I'm sure I did not give permission to remove it or even archive it, so this looks like a bug - never seen this before.

Anybody else seen this behavior? I know I do not have access to deleted information, but again, I did not delete this card.

thanks Martin

Have you tried searching the card name in the search bar in the top right? That should search through all the boards you have access to, in case it got moved somehow??

You can also check the archived cards (and lists) in a board by going Menu>Archived Items. Just in case it was accidentally archived. (there's a hotkey for archiving a card (c), which you could hit by accident for instance)

Deleted cards are irretrievable afaik, but its also hard to accidentally delete a card so...

You could also try accessing the board in incognito mode, or on a different browser, just in case the card is still there, and its your browser doing something super weird and specific (I've had my adblocker hide trello buttons before)

Not sure what else to try if that isn't the case, hmm..
