Adding a custom button beside Create button

We have a requirement to add a custom button besides Create button in all the screens/pages, what is the location to be used and how can be achieved?

Hi! You can add custom button using UI Fragments - Custom Web Item from ScriptRunner. Web Item (adaptavist.com)
