Just wanted to take moment & introduce myself

Hello & Hope it is a Good Day,

I have been working in Jira Service Management for a year & half to two years. With a BA in Computer Science, I joined the work force when the field was saturated so did not start in the IT world until later but have finally found my home as a developer.
