I am doing the free trieal on demand version of your software and during set up I typed my hostname incorrectly. I wanted it to be CarlConn and was CqarlConn.atlassian.net Can I cahgne it?

No, you can't change it, you'll need to ask for a new one and migrate your data over.
I have my answer, I can live with teh wrong name.
