I can't create slides from google drive

Question

Good evening dear;

When clicking on google drive to create slide presentation it throws this error: Uh oh! We ran into a problem creating the presentation. We are sorry about that. This error from Google may be helpful.

Please can you help me see how I can resolve this error.

Thank you.

Hi Pablo, welcome to the Trello Community!

I can see the same error you are seeing:

This is a known issue that is being tracked in the following bug report here: TRELLO-606. Right now, we do not have a workaround for this issue.

I have added this community thread to this bug as an internal comment for our engineering team to see and reference if needed as well as align priority. I would also encourage you to visit that bug, log in with your Atlassian account, and click Start watching this issue on the right panel.

You can also comment on the bug ticket if there's any additional info or use case that you want to share as to why this feature is important. Even though this would not guarantee that such a feature would be built, it would certainly bring it to our Product team's attention to be considered, especially if more users have asked for the same thing.

There are a number of factors that determine how Atlassian prioritizes bug fixes. You can learn more about this by reading the Atlassian Cloud Bug Fix Policy

I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any questions!

@Pablo Andrey Rincón Guerrero Welcome! This might a google error and not an atlassian issue, correct ? If yes you might wait to google fix it.
