Windows App Not Recognizing my Atlassian login

I just reinstalled the Trello desktop app on my windows PC. When I enter my Atlassian login credentials, it tells me I have to login using my Atlassian credentials like I didn't just do that. The web app is letting me log in just fine, but the desktop app isn't taking me to the actual Atlassian login screen.
