How to access and/or to grant access the Trello Board to team members?

Dear Colleagues,

I am having a problem accessing our RatifyC190 Trello Board and granting access to other colleagues in our team. 

I've also received a notification mentioning that we have reached our  max 10 collaborators capacity. That's not correct since there are only 4 members involved/working, including 3 Admins. 

We've already tried sharing by email and/or creating a shared link but, to no avail. 

Can you please reach out and fix this urgently so we can update and increase visibility of our global campaign?

The collaborator limit applies to the entire Workspace, and it includes both members and guests. So, while there may be fewer than 10 members on that board, there may still be more boards in the Workspace with more members. If that's the case, the Workspace admin will need to either remove collaborators or upgrade the Workspace.
