How can a board member réinvite a previous guest?

Yassine Barry

I was a guest member to a board, but I couldn’t edit anything anymore. The error message was “ …free account …10 collaborators limit..” but we only had 7 active collaborators.
so I was removed from the board to make room but members still cannot re-add me. Can you help?

Lara

Hi Yassine,

Thanks for reaching out!

While the board might be under 10 collaborators, the Workspace that is holding the board likely has more than 10 collaborators.

In order to check on this, you need to access the collaborators page of the Workspace to see how many collaborators there are and make necessary adjustments. Note: You must be a Workspace member to access this page.

If you’re not a Workspace member and you would like to make changes, you will either need to be invited by a current Workspace member to be added or have them go through and remove the collaborators.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.

All the best,

Lara
