How come when I remove a user I can still see them under "members". I wanted them completely gone.

A District Manager gave us notice and is no longer with us. We do not need any of her cards or information on Trello. I "Removed" her but I can still see her name under "Members". How do I completely remove her?

Hi there, welcome to the Community!

From the Members page:

• Click the Remove button to show the pop-up
• Check a box to remove the member from all boards
• From the same pop-up, click the Remove from Workspace option to remove the person from the Workspace
