What does each parameter of the Jira Logs means

Question

I´ve found this in the Jira Logs when I try to send an email via the Mail Queue.

I need to know what does each parameter of the logs mean. Expecially those 2 IPs, who those 2 IP belong

I think one of those IPs is the one of my computer. I´d like not post it here.

The IPs I´m refering to are:

- 10. X. X. 162

- 10. X. X. 38
