Subscription Problem

Question

The platform that I belong to is not recognizing our annual subscription, which was paid last month.

Harbour Club HOA:   Harbour Club HOA (harbourclubhoa) | Trello

Annual Subscription Payment:  4/3/2024    $480.00    Fifth Third MC Card

Invoice #:  043024-290-LM

Receipt #:  TRINV-24200939

Also, we are trying to reduce the number of members.  This is a group-managed account, members are added and deleted annually, and no one currently involved knows who is designated as administrator for the account.

Where do I find CA-3026194 to respond?  I have the Atlassian-Trello receipt # TRINV-24200939 for invoice # 043024-290-LM:  $480.00 paid on 4/3/2024 to renew the account's Premium subscription.
