How do i open Trellos on my Android?

I cannot open any Trello by app on my mobile (specifially Boards that I am only looking at, and I am not a member that can edit these Boards.). This seems to only be a issue for Samsung, as it worked on my older phone, which was a Huawei. I have already seen another question, whose answers didn't seem to work. Can anyone help me?

Your boards may be in a different workspace. You can navigate to other workspaces on your Android app by clicking on the top-left menu, which will show you this left panel
