Right now, we cannot recover lost data but we'd be happy to provide some workarounds or questions for you to troubleshoot:

• Did you check if you are in the right Workspace? To check your boards, you can go here: https://trello.com/u/me/boards - you might find your cards there
  
  
• If you can see the boards but not the cards, you can check for recent activity on a board. The first way is to open the Board Menu and scroll down to the activity section. Activity shows all of the available logged actions all members have recently made on the board. Select the Activity header directly to filter the log by Comments. 
  
  
• If you can't find the board, check for your emails if you have received a notification from Trello if you have been removed from a board.
