Trello want to upgrade for more collaborator even i paid annual fees for standard package

Hi trello community , I'm Musi and i have some issues with my Trello Workplace. I paid the trello standard package for more relevant and more features in May 7 , 2024 . The expire date is May 7 , 2025 . I have now 38 members and 1 admin that is me . But yesterday trello said collaborator is more than 10 people and if i want to edit or using , i have to upgrade again. Right now this is the hard issues for me and my team because we are using trello as a main traffic for the work. Please kindly answers my questions and guide me about what to do. Much appreciate

The paid subscription is at the workspace level. It could be that you have multiple workspaces and that you may have upgraded one but not the other workspaces. I would recommend moving all your boards to your paid workspace so that everything is under one subscription.
