Help accessing "Forms"

Hi,

Could we enable Forms on JIRA Enterprise Work Management?

We currently use JIRA for projects and MS Forms for intake submissions, but we want to centralize all requests, including those from external stakeholders without JIRA access. Ideally, these requests would be auto-assigned to a dashboard or move to an “Unassigned Intake” stage in JIRA.

We’re not pursuing the MS Forms-JIRA integration. Is there a streamlined way to achieve this, possibly through email intake?
