Can you clone an entire project in JIRA

can you please tell me whethere it's possible to clone a Company managed project with the respective boards and automatisms?

You can do that with an add-on like Revyz Data Manager for Jira in the Atlassian Marketplace.

You can use "Share settings with an existing project" option for using same configurations.
