We have a form where people submit requests and then the admin team can go and either approve or decline the requests using the Action Buttons in the Table View. Currently we have the action buttons setting the value of a field to true when they are selected. This then triggers actions such as sending an email or updating a Confiform entry.
This is fine for the Approved option, but for the Declined option, we would like a text area to pop up for the Admin team to fill in a reason for the decline so it can be included in the email to the requestor.
Is there a way to do this?
