Can you help me how can i generate GenieKey to use REST API?

You should be able to use the Jira Cloud REST API in order to access the documented endpoints in https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk-ops/rest/v2/intro/#about

If you're looking to use Basic Auth that guide has steps on how you can generate an API Token for your Atlassian Account.
