ERROR [atlassian.jira.startup.LauncherContextListener] Unable to start JIRA. com.atlassian.jira.issue.index.SearchUnavailableException: com.atlassian.jira.util.RuntimeIOException: java.io.IOException: read past EOF

We are getting this error in the startup.

Do you have the full error logs? including the "Caused by:" section? Did you recently just upgraded? Is this your first time starting up JIRA?
