Hi, we want to enable anonymous user access in Confluence. How can we add them in Confluence and invite the users? We are accessing Confluence through VPN, so is there a problem accessing Confluence as an anonymous user? If yes, then how can we resolve it?"

You enable anonymous access per space in the respective space's permissions.

It's up to you what they can and cannot do.

Anonymous access = anyone without a Confluence seat can access the space. You do not 'add' anonymous users.

Having said that, I never tested Confluence with a VPN setup but, in theory, if a user is on your VPN, they should be able to see your anonymous space even if they don't have an account on that Confluence.
